Lead - Sales and Operations

Job Responsibilities

Incumbent will be responsible for managing sales & operation team, achieving monthly/Quarterly targets for the team. Managing, monitoring query vs conversions & always have to attitude to lead the team & over achieve the monthly/Quarterly targets. Also managing mistakes of the team & irate customers if any.

Key Requirements

Min 5 years of experience & 2-3 years in required job role.
Good command over English & local regional language.
Achieve Sales and Revenue Target of Group and FIT tour packages
Monitor, analysis & provide end to end report of query vs conversions.
Setting up sales targets & achieving the same on monthly & quarterly basis.
Prepare efficient MIS with accurate facts and figures, concerns, feedback and suggestive action
Depth Knowledge of Domestic & international destinations, Itineraries & pricing.
Handling grievances & irate customers & able provide solutions.
Managing operation & post sales person to maintain work timely.
Weekly report maintaining, presentation skills & team meetings.
Ability to think out of the box & implement new ideas.
