About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and academically strong postgraduate in Physiotherapy to join our editorial team as a Content Strategist – Physiotherapy. The role involves scientific content development, manuscript review, quality assurance, and academic evaluation of print and digital educational resources. The candidate should possess excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capability to work within defined timelines while maintaining the highest standards of academic and editorial quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and quality-check scientific content for Physiotherapy and other Allied Health Science publications across print and digital platforms.
- Review manuscripts critically to identify strengths, gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with current trends in physiotherapy education, examinations, curriculum changes, and clinical practice, and incorporate these into content planning.
- Provide scientific inputs for revision of existing titles and evaluation of new publishing projects.
- Monitor competitor books, educational apps, and digital learning platforms to identify market trends and suggest strategies for continuous improvement.
- Represent the organization at academic meetings, conferences, workshops, or institutional interactions whenever required.
- Assist in identifying and onboarding subject experts, reviewers, and contributors for future publishing projects.

Qualifications & Experience
- MPT (Cardiopulmonary and Neurology preferred) with a consistently strong academic record.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Physiotherapy (academic, clinical, or related field).
- Excellent command of written English.
- Prior experience in scientific writing, editing, publishing, or content development will be preferred.
- Familiarity with plagiarism detection tools and AI-assisted editorial workflows will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
