Full job description

The Admin Executive will play a key role in the post-purchase process of retail operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks related to order fulfillment, returns and exchanges, customer communication and ensuring overall post-purchase satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Follow-ups: Calling old and existing customers to check satisfaction and understand their needs post-purchase.
Database Management: Creating and maintaining a database of designer customers.
Product Promotion: Informing customers about new arrivals and collections via WhatsApp.
Feedback Collection: Gathering customer insights to improve products and services.
Problem Resolution: Addressing customer queries and issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality Management.
Relevant Field: 1–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Relationship Management.
Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Interpersonal: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Digital Literacy: Familiarity with CRM software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
