Graphic Designer

Infopark, Kochi

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of professional experience and prior experience working in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs and compelling video content for a wide range of digital marketing campaigns. If you have a passion for design, video editing, and storytelling, and enjoy working in a fast-paced agency environment, we'd love to hear from you. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with B2C Direct Response businesses like Real Estate, Interior Design, Tourism, Education etc or creating marketing creatives for lead generation is a strong advantage Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus. What We're Looking For A creative thinker with a strong eye for design and visual storytelling. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality work. Ability to manage multiple projects and perform well under deadlines. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to constructive feedback. Portfolio Requirement Candidates must submit a portfolio that includes: Graphic design projects Social media creatives Branding or campaign work Video editing samples Real estate marketing creatives (if available)

Key Responsibilities

Design creative assets for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and websites.
Edit and produce engaging videos for advertisements, social media, promotional campaigns, and corporate communications.
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and account managers to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
Ensure brand consistency across all client deliverables.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and digital marketing best practices.
Prepare final artwork and video files for various digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
Prior experience working in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
Strong proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator,Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro,Adobe After Effects
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
Experience creating social media creatives, digital advertisements, and marketing collateral.
Ability to edit videos with transitions, sound design, colour correction, and basic visual effects.
Good communication, organisational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
