Full job description

Position Overview:

Job Title: Internal Hiring - Junior Frontend Developer

Location: Remote (Occasional visits to Kochi office required based on work requirements)

Department: Development

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Front End Developer with around 2 years of experience in building responsive web pages in front-end development to build and maintain responsive and user-friendly web pages.The primary focus of this role is HTML and CSS-based development, converting UI designs into clean, functional interfaces. Candidates with additional frontend development skills (JavaScript frameworks, API integration) will have a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

HTML Development: Build and maintain responsive web pages using HTML5 and CSS3
UI Implementation: Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect web layouts
Responsive Design: Ensure compatibility across devices and browsers
Basic JavaScript: Handle simple interactions and UI behavior
Performance Optimization: Optimize pages for speed and SEO
Bug Fixing: Resolve layout, styling, and responsiveness issues
Code Standards: Follow clean coding practices and accessibility guidelines
Collaboration: Work with designers and developers to deliver projects

Added Advantage:

Experience with React, Vue, or similar frameworks
API integration and dynamic content handling
WordPress / CMS experience

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum 2 years of experience in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
Strong understanding of responsive design
Familiarity with Bootstrap or Tailwind
Basic knowledge of Git
Attention to detail in UI implementation
