Full job description

Back Office Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good organizational skills, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily back-office and administrative tasks.
Handle data entry and maintain records accurately.
Work on MS Word, MS Excel, and other basic computer applications.
Organize and maintain digital files and office documents.
Prepare reports, invoices, and other office-related documents.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Manage emails and respond to basic client queries when required.
Update company databases and maintain proper documentation.
Assist in general office work and other administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of computers and the internet.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Basic email communication skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Positive attitude and professional behavior.

Eligibility:

10+2, Graduate, or pursuing graduation.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
