Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mendix Technical Lead with 5–8 years of hands-on Mendix experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade low-code applications. The candidate will be responsible for driving technical solutions, mentoring team members, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to Mendix best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of Mendix applications using Mendix Studio Pro.
Design and implement domain models, microflows, nanoflows, workflows, and reusable components.
Develop scalable and secure applications following Mendix best practices.
Integrate Mendix applications with enterprise systems using REST APIs, OData, Web Services, SAP, Teamcenter, ERP, and other external systems.
Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and customer stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
Ensure application performance, security, maintainability, and production readiness.
Support CI/CD, deployment, release management, and production issue resolution.\
Required Technical Skills
5–8 years of hands-on Mendix development experience.

Security & User Roles
REST API Integration
OData Services
Mendix Marketplace Components
Experience in application architecture, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to Cloud deployment (Mendix Cloud, AWS, Azure) is preferred.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Java and JavaScript development.
HTML, CSS, React-based widget customization.
Experience integrating Mendix with SAP, Teamcenter, Salesforce, or PLM/ERP platforms.
DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipeline exposure.
Mobile/PWA application development experience.
