About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and successfully deliver web, mobile app, software, and digital projects.
The Project Manager will work closely with clients, developers, designers, testers, and the management team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client requirements.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning
- Understand client requirements and project objectives.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Divide projects into tasks and assign them to the appropriate team members.
- Define priorities and deadlines.
2. Team Management
- Manage developers, designers, testers, and other project team members.
- Allocate tasks and monitor daily progress.
- Conduct regular team meetings and project updates.
- Identify team-level issues and coordinate solutions.
- Ensure team members meet assigned deadlines.
3. Client Communication
- Communicate with clients regarding project requirements, progress, and updates.
- Conduct requirement-gathering meetings.
- Provide regular project status reports to clients.
- Understand changes or new requirements from clients and communicate them to the development team.
- Handle client concerns professionally and maintain good relationships.
4. Project Monitoring
- Track project progress against deadlines and milestones.
- Monitor pending, completed, and delayed tasks.
- Identify project risks and take corrective action.
- Ensure proper documentation of project requirements and changes.
- Maintain project status reports.
5. Quality & Delivery
- Coordinate with the QA/testing team to ensure proper testing.
- Ensure the final product meets approved requirements.
- Review completed features before client delivery.
- Coordinate bug fixing and final deployment.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the committed timeline.
6. Coordination With Management
- Report project progress to management.
- Inform management about delays, risks, client issues, and resource requirements.
- Help estimate project timelines and resource requirements.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of website and mobile application development processes.
- Understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Android/iOS development is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to create project schedules and task plans.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, project management tools, and documentation.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should be responsible, proactive, organized, and confident in dealing with both clients and technical teams. The candidate must be capable of taking ownership of projects from requirement gathering through final delivery.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and performance.
