About the Role

We're looking for a driven B2B media sales professional who enjoys hunting for new business and closing deals. This is a pure sales role focused on generating revenue through prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and winning new clients.

You'll own your sales pipeline and revenue targets from prospecting through deal closure. If you enjoy building business from scratch, thrive on ambitious sales targets, and have experience selling media or advertising solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

You will be selling through two distinct routes to market and should be comfortable working across both:

Brand-Direct Sales

Pitch directly to CMOs, Marketing Heads, and Brand Managers. This requires an ROI- and strategy-led approach, where you're able to connect WOOP's solutions to business and marketing outcomes—not just media inventory.

Media Agency Sales

Sell through media agencies (GroupM, Omnicom Media Group, Publicis Groupe, IPG Mediabrands, Dentsu, Havas, etc.). This requires understanding agency buying processes, responding to RFPs, negotiating commercial terms, and building long-term agency relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients across relevant industries.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
Own your territory, sales pipeline, and monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Pitch brand-direct clients with an ROI- and strategy-led narrative tailored to their marketing objectives.
Pitch through media agencies by responding to RFPs, presenting proposals, and negotiating commercial terms.
Understand client marketing objectives and recommend relevant WOOP media solutions.
Prepare compelling sales proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
Lead commercial discussions, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation through contract signing.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition once deals are closed.
Share market intelligence, competitive insights, and client feedback to help strengthen WOOP's offering.

1–4 years of quota-carrying B2B media sales, advertising sales, digital media sales, or marketing solutions sales experience in India.

Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Bringing new clients to WOOP every month across both brand-direct and agency channels.
Confidently adapting your sales approach depending on the buyer—strategy-led with brands and process-led with agencies.
Becoming a trusted commercial partner who consistently identifies and converts new business opportunities.

Experience selling to brands, advertisers, marketing teams, or media agencies. Exposure to both is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with agency processes, including RFPs, rate cards, and commercial negotiations.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, proposal-writing, and communication skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and building business from scratch.
Highly target-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.
Resilient, self-driven, and motivated by winning new business.
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
