WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build automation workflows using no-code tools
- Integrate multiple APIs (WhatsApp, OpenAI, SMS, voice systems)
- Connect and configure CRM systems
- Set up data flows and error handling
- Test systems before deployment
- Deploy and maintain systems for clients
- Fix bugs and optimize performance
- Document systems for maintenance
Systems will handle: Lead qualification, customer support, sales follow-ups, re-engagement, voice automation, and more.
REQUIRED SKILLS
✅ No-Code Automation Tools
- n8n (preferred)
- Make / Zapier
- Experience building complex workflows (5+ steps minimum)
- Can handle if/then logic, loops, error catching
✅ CRM Experience
- GoHighLevel (preferred)
- Or Pipedrive, HubSpot, similar platforms
- Can create custom fields, automations, data flows
- Can integrate external systems into CRM
✅ API Integration
- Can connect REST APIs
- Understand webhooks, authentication, data mapping
- Experience with: WhatsApp, SMS APIs, OpenAI, Twilio, or similar
- Can read API documentation and implement
✅ AI/LLM Integration
- Experience with OpenAI API, ChatGPT, Claude
- Can write prompts and process API responses
- Understand temperature, tokens, model selection
✅ General Technical Skills
- Understand data flow and architecture
- Can debug issues systematically
- Write clear documentation
- Test before deploying
- Communicate status clearly
NICE TO HAVE
- ✅ Experience with voice APIs (Twilio, VoiceAI)
- ✅ Built E-commerce integrations
- ✅ Experience with Zapier or Make
- ✅ Knowledge of event/service business workflows
- ✅ Shipped systems to real paying clients
- ✅ Experience with data analytics or reporting
You should have:
- ✅ Built 5+ working automation systems
- ✅ Deployed systems that clients use
- ✅ Experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier (at least one)
- ✅ Integrated APIs into production systems
- ✅ Work independently without hand-holding
- ✅ Think through problems and ask good questions
- ✅ Can learn new tools quickly

Maintain:
- ✅ Fix bugs and issues
- ✅ Optimize performance
- ✅ Document systems
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
