Summary:
UST is looking for Analog Layout lead. Owns end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction. Drive innovation, automation, and productivity improvements within Analog Layout flows. Coordinate with RTL, Analog Design, Verification, DFT, Physical Design, and Program Management teams
The Opportunity:
We are looking an experienced Analog Layout lead. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end Analog Layout projects, leading large engineering teams, driving customer engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, and supporting business growth across global semiconductor customers.
This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex mixed-signal and custom layout projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the Analog Layout delivery organization, ensuring successful execution of multiple customer programs.
Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction. Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams of Analog Layout Engineers, Technical Leads, and Delivery Managers. Drive resource planning, utilization, forecasting, and capacity management across projects. Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and provide effective delivery solutions.
Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and engineering best practices. Manage project risks, escalations, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Support pre-sales activities, effort estimation, solution proposals, and technical presentations. Establish delivery processes, metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive innovation, automation, and productivity improvements within Analog Layout flows. Coordinate with RTL, Analog Design, Verification, DFT, Physical Design, and Program Management teams. Participate in hiring, competency development, succession planning, and performance management. Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for business expansion.
