Cybersecurity Manager — Job Role & Job Description Job Role Cybersecurity Manager – Offensive & Defensive Security Employment: Full-Time Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh Department: Technology & Security Reports to: Founder / Senior Management Job Description We are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager to take ownership of the company’s cybersecurity infrastructure, digital security, threat prevention and incident response. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of ethical hacking, penetration testing, red-team operations, vulnerability assessment and defensive cybersecurity. This is a strategic and technical role for someone capable of identifying weaknesses before attackers do and building a strong security culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the company's overall cybersecurity strategy. Conduct authorized penetration testing, vulnerability assessments and security audits. Perform red-team exercises and simulate real-world cyberattack scenarios. Identify vulnerabilities across networks, systems, applications, cloud platforms and endpoints. Monitor and investigate suspicious activities, unauthorized access and potential security incidents. Establish incident-response and disaster-recovery procedures. Protect company data, credentials, digital assets and confidential business information. Implement endpoint, network, email, cloud and access-control security. Establish secure password, authentication, access and device-management policies. Conduct regular security assessments of employees, systems and third-party services. Maintain security logs and documentation and prepare management-level security reports. Coordinate with external cybersecurity specialists, vendors and law-enforcement authorities when required. Stay updated on emerging attack techniques, vulnerabilities, malware and cyber threats. Train employees on cybersecurity awareness, phishing prevention and safe digital practices. Build and maintain a proactive security-first culture within the organization. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who thinks like an attacker but operates like a security professional someone capable of legally testing our systems, finding weaknesses, explaining the risk to management and implementing the measures required to close those weaknesses. Candidates with genuine hands-on cybersecurity, ethical hacking or red-team experience are strongly preferred.
