Position Overview We are looking for a goal-driven, analytical, and hands-on SEO Executive to manage and execute search engine optimization strategies for CCT’s multi-industry client portfolio. In this role, you will work directly on real-world projects spanning diverse sectors—from SaaS, B2B services, and e-commerce to healthcare, real estate, and finance. This role is ideal for a proactive SEO specialist who thrives on delivering measurable business impact (organic traffic, high-intent leads, and top keyword rankings) and enjoys being rewarded directly for exceptional performance. Key Responsibilities Search Engine Optimization (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical) Perform keyword research, intent mapping, and competitive analysis across various industry niches. Conduct comprehensive SEO audits for client websites and execute technical optimizations (site speed, mobile usability, indexability, schema markup, and site architecture). Execute on-page SEO strategies including meta titles, headers, internal linking, and content optimization. Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies, including high-authority link building, local SEO citations, and digital PR outreach. Lead Generation & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Align SEO campaigns with client lead generation goals to ensure organic traffic translates into qualified business leads. Optimize call-to-action (CTA) placements, landing page elements, and user experience (UX) to boost conversion rates. Client Performance & Reporting Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog. Prepare transparent, performance-focused weekly and monthly SEO reports for clients. Analyze search trends and algorithm updates to proactively pivot strategies and protect client rankings. Coordinate with internal web developers, content creators, and account managers to ensure timely implementation of SEO recommendations. Qualifications & Skills Requirements Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within an agency environment managing multiple client accounts. Industry Versatility: Proven track record of running successful SEO campaigns across diverse industries (B2B, SaaS, E-commerce, Local Services, etc.). Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Zoho Sites, etc.). Lead Generation Focus: Clear understanding of how search intent connects to lead conversion funnels. Communication: Strong spoken and written English skills for client interactions, reporting, and team collaboration. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability to Google algorithm shifts. Self-motivated and outcome-driven with high attention to detail.
