Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in real estate digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in generating quality leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, optimizing campaigns, managing budgets, and improving lead-to-site-visit and lead-to-conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for real estate projects.
Develop performance marketing strategies based on project location, pricing, target audience, and campaign objectives.
Manage daily advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for CPL, lead quality, site visits, and conversions.
Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns.
Create and test multiple ad creatives, copy, headlines, offers, and landing pages.
Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B testing to improve results.
Track leads through CRM, Google Sheets, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with the creative, content, sales, and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions quickly.
Manage remarketing campaigns for website visitors, video viewers, leads, and existing prospects.
Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking, attribution, and real estate marketing trends.

Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Proven experience running lead generation campaigns for residential/commercial real estate projects.
Good understanding of CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, ROAS, lead quality, and funnel metrics.
Experience with Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
Experience working with real estate sales teams and understanding the lead-to-site-visit-to-booking funnel.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred

Experience handling campaigns for Bangalore real estate projects.
Experience with budgets ranging from ₹5 lakh+ per month.
Knowledge of landing page optimization and basic SEO.
Experience with CRM and lead management platforms.
Strong understanding of location-based targeting and high-intent real estate audiences.
