Job Summary

Experience:

8+ years in performance testing with minimum 2+ years in lead role.

Key Responsibilities:

Define performance test strategy, scope, entry/exit criteria.
Prepare effort estimation and resource planning.
Design performance test plans and review scripts/scenarios.
Lead execution cycles and ensure timely delivery.
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
Conduct bottleneck analysis and performance tuning recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Dev, Infra, DB teams).
Prepare and publish Daily/Weekly Status Reports.
Drive defect triage meetings and ensure closure.
Ensure compliance with BOI standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Skills:

Expertise in LoadRunner scripting and execution.
Strong knowledge of performance engineering concepts.
Experience with monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.

Skill Requirements

Behavioral Skills:

Leadership and stakeholder management.
Risk identification and mitigation.

Other Requirements
1.Relevant certifications in performance testing tools like jmeter and Loadrunner are a plus.
