Position: Accounts Manager

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

Aayush Club is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Asst.Accounts Manager to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and coordination with internal departments. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime or other accounting software.
Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and cash/bank books.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, and Balance Sheets.
Handle GST invoicing, GST returns, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors, Chartered Accountants, banks, and government authorities.
Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
Verify purchase bills, sales invoices, and payment vouchers.
Maintain fixed asset records and financial documentation.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance requirements.
Support management with budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Perform any other finance-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
M.Com, MBA (Finance), or Inter CA will be an added advantage.

Experience

3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Experience in hospitality, travel, club membership, or service industries is preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and financial reporting.
Familiarity with online banking and statutory portals.

Reporting Structure

The Accounts Manager will report directly to the Head – Finance/Accounts and work closely with the HR Department, Operations Team, and Management to ensure smooth financial operations.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on qualifications and experience)
Performance-based appraisal as per Company policy
