Job Summary

Project Planning & Scheduling
Develop detailed work plans, timelines, and milestones.
Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
Site Supervision
Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Coordinate subcontractors, site engineers, and workers.
Budget & Cost Control
Prepare and monitor project budgets.
Track expenses and manage procurement to avoid overruns.
Quality Assurance
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
Resolve technical issues promptly.
Safety Management
Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary contact between clients, consultants, and contractors.
Provide regular progress reports and updates.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA in Project Management, PMP certification) are advantageous.
15–20 years of experience in civil construction projects.
At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Optional.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Leadership and team management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
