About PT Ecological

PT Ecological provides environmentally responsible products, services, and technical solutions. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive who can grow our market presence, understand client needs, and promote our ecological solutions effectively.

Role Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with customers, presenting technical and commercial solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a blend of technical understanding, communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach prospective customers through market research, referrals, site visits, calls, emails, and networking.
Generate leads and convert qualified opportunities into sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable PT Ecological products, services, or technical solutions.
Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, industries, government bodies, and channel partners.
Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and site visits as required.
Work closely with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate solution design and timely delivery.
Prepare sales plans, pipeline reports, customer feedback, and monthly sales forecasts.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions within company guidelines.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and new business opportunities.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, industry events, and promotional activities.
Ensure timely collection of payments and support after-sales coordination when required.
Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in the company’s sales system.

Qualifications and Eligibility

B.Tech or M.Tech in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Agriculture, Sustainability, or a related technical discipline.
Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in technical sales are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, environmental solutions, water treatment, waste management, renewable energy, or related sectors will be preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to explain technical products and solutions in clear business terms.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, and business development.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong problem-solving, planning, and follow-up skills.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
