About VML India

VML India is a fast-growing, agile freight forwarding enterprise based in Nashik, Maharashtra. We provide end-to-end global supply chain solutions, including Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, Customs Clearance (CHA), Inland Transportation, and specialized Reefer Logistics for temperature-sensitive commodities (fresh produce, pharmaceuticals, and perishables).

Role Overview

We are selecting 10 high-performing B2B Sales & Marketing Executives to form our core client acquisition unit. Working 100% remotely, you will lead the charge in identifying Indian exporters, conducting route audits, pitching VML’s ocean and air cargo solutions, and securing recurring container bookings.

This role is designed for ambitious performers who want the stability of a fixed monthly income paired with high commission upsides that bring average monthly earnings to ₹50,000+, with no upper limit on top performance.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Lead Generation

Map and research exporter clusters (agri-exporters, engineering manufacturing, pharma, and chemical hubs in Maharashtra and nationwide).
Utilize digital tools, LinkedIn Sales outreach, and trade intelligence databases to generate qualified B2B shipping leads.
Execute targeted outreach campaigns highlighting VML’s competitive ocean rates, fast customs clearance, and container availability.

B2B Client Acquisition & Sales

Engage Export Managers and Supply Chain Directors via phone, email, and virtual meetings to analyze their shipping requirements.
Offer complimentary rate and route audits to demonstrate cost and transit time savings over their current forwarders.
Work closely with VML’s Pricing Desk to issue competitive quotes for Sea/Air Freight, CHA, and Container Bookings.
Close bookings, ensure smooth onboarding with our operations team, and maintain client accounts for recurring monthly shipments.

Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales, marketing, business development, or client management (freight forwarding or logistics experience preferred).
Industry Understanding: Fundamental knowledge of export/import procedures, container types (Dry/Reefer), Incoterms, and customs clearance workflows.
Tech Readiness: Proficient in using CRM tools, digital communication platforms, and virtual presentation software.
Hardware: Must own a high-performance personal laptop and a high-speed internet connection (Mandatory).
Mindset: Strong negotiation skills, persistent follow-up ability, and a drive to build a massive recurring commission stream.

Compensation & Earning Potential (First 10 Selected Candidates Only)

First 3 Months (Probationary Growth Drive): 30% to 40% of net profit per shipment acquired.
Month 4 Onward (On Performance Confirmation): ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 Fixed Base Salary + Monthly Uncapped Profit Commission.
Earning Capacity Benchmarks: Below
Average Earning Capacity: ₹50,000 / month (Base Salary + Regular Shipment Commissions).
Maximum Earning Capacity: Uncapped (₹1,00,000+ / month) based on container volume and recurring enterprise accounts.
