Job Description
We are looking for a Web Developer Intern (WordPress) to join our team and gain hands-on experience in website development and maintenance.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of WordPress, Elementor, HTML, CSS, and website development. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates who are looking to build a career in web development.
You will work closely with our development and creative teams on real-world website projects and get practical exposure to WordPress development, customization, troubleshooting, and website optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites using WordPress
- Create and customize web pages using Elementor
- Make basic changes using HTML and CSS
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins
- Assist with website updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Ensure websites are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Optimize website content and basic on-page elements
- Assist with website speed and performance improvements
- Identify and resolve basic website errors and issues
- Work with the design and content teams to implement website requirements
- Learn and apply best practices in WordPress development
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of WordPress
- Familiarity with Elementor
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Basic knowledge of responsive web design
- Understanding of websites, domains, hosting, and cPanel is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or PHP is a plus
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
