About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Golang Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable APIs, working with cloud technologies, and optimizing application performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang).
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Implement security best practices and performance improvements.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of backend development experience.
- Strong experience in Go (Golang).
- Experience with REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
- Good understanding of Goroutines, Channels, and Concurrency.
- Experience with Gin, Echo, Fiber, or similar Go frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with Redis, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Understanding of authentication methods like JWT and OAuth2.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message queues.
- Experience with gRPC.
- Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Exposure to Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience with high-traffic applications.
- Knowledge of distributed systems.
- Open-source contributions or personal Go projects.
- Financial, Healthcare, or E-commerce domain experience.
Pay: ₹489,970.73 - ₹2,587,575.84 per year
