We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer who can build internal business applications from the ground up and improve existing systems.
You will work on API-heavy applications, dashboards, task-management systems, business tools, integrations, and automation workflows. The role requires strong backend and frontend capabilities, along with the ability to understand business requirements and turn them into practical technical solutions.
A key expectation is reusability. We want a developer who can identify common functionality and build reusable APIs, services, components, and utilities instead of repeatedly creating the same functionality for different applications.
Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Stack Development
- Develop and maintain internal web applications and business tools.
- Build dashboards, admin panels, task-management systems, and data-driven applications.
- Work across frontend and backend to deliver complete features.
- Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Backend & API Development
- Develop REST APIs and backend services using Python/FastAPI.
- Integrate third-party APIs, SaaS platforms, and internal systems.
- Implement authentication, authorization, webhooks, validation, logging, and error handling.
- Build reliable APIs with proper retry, pagination, and rate-limit handling.
- Improve API performance and reliability.
Frontend Development
- Build responsive interfaces using React, Vite, and Tailwind CSS.
- Develop reusable components for tables, forms, filters, dashboards, modals, task boards, and data views.
- Connect frontend applications with APIs.
- Manage application state, permissions, loading states, and errors.
Database Development
- Work with PostgreSQL and SQL.
- Design database structures, relationships, indexes, and queries.
- Implement CRUD operations and data synchronization.
- Ensure data integrity and efficient data access.
Integrations & Automation
- Integrate platforms such as Shopify, Google APIs, and other third-party services.
- Build automated workflows between different systems.
- Consolidate information from multiple platforms into centralized internal tools.
Code Architecture & Reusability
- Create reusable backend services, API modules, frontend components, hooks, and utilities.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate duplicate development.
- Refactor existing code when necessary.
- Maintain clean, scalable, and organized project architecture.
Ownership & Problem Solving
- Take ownership of features from requirements through deployment.
- Debug and resolve application and production issues.
- Test new functionality before deployment.
- Understand existing codebases and extend them without unnecessary rewrites.
- Continuously improve the performance and usability of internal systems.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is not someone who only follows assigned development tickets. We need someone who can think technically and identify better ways to build systems.
For example:
Instead of:
Building the same Shopify API integration separately for three internal applications.
We expect:
Creating a reusable Shopify integration service that can be consumed by multiple applications.
Similarly, common UI functionality should be developed as reusable components rather than duplicated across projects.
You should be comfortable asking:
- Can we reuse an existing API or service?
- Should this become a common module?
- Can this component be shared across applications?
- Is the database structure scalable?
- Are we duplicating business logic?
- Can this process be automated?
Experience
2–3 years of professional software development experience preferred.
Candidates with strong practical projects, GitHub work, or freelance development experience may also be considered even if they have less formal experience.
