Full job description

Project Role : Full Stack Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend functionalities. The role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within a cloud-first and agile environment, the engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to address complex business challenges and deliver high-quality software products that meet evolving requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing LabVantage LIMS configuration initiatives including requirements analysis, solution design, workflow configuration, integrations, and release support, while overseeing day-to-day activities of a small team, with mandatory hands-on experience in LabVantage LIMS, Java, and JavaScript. The role includes technical ownership, stakeholder coordination, mentoring team members, and ensuring quality and compliance across deliveries. Experience working with chemical laboratories or a chemistry education background is an added advantage.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools relevant to Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and agile software development methodologies.
Ability to design and implement robust APIs and integrate third-party services.
Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques within Laboratory Information and Execution Systems context.
Skilled in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of complex software applications.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
This position is based at our Kolkata office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
