We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer to join our team and build reliable, scalable internal tools and business applications.
The role involves working across both backend and frontend development, with a strong focus on API-driven applications, system integrations, database design, reusable components, and automation.
You will be expected to take features from requirements to development, testing, debugging, and deployment, while building solutions that can be reused across multiple internal applications.
Key Responsibilities1. Internal Application Development
- Build internal management, task-tracking, dashboard, and business-operation tools.
- Develop applications for monitoring workflows, processes, and business data.
- Convert business requirements into functional, user-friendly web applications.
- Maintain, improve, and extend existing internal applications.
2. Backend & API Development
- Design and develop REST APIs and backend services using Python/FastAPI.
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, API keys, webhooks, validation, and error handling.
- Build secure, reliable, and scalable backend services.
- Implement logging, monitoring, retries, pagination, and API rate-limit handling.
- Optimize APIs for performance and reliability.
3. Frontend Development
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React, Vite, and Tailwind CSS.
- Build dashboards, tables, forms, task boards, management panels, filters, and data views.
- Connect frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Develop reusable UI components and modules.
- Handle application state, loading states, errors, permissions, and API responses.
- Maintain a consistent and intuitive UI across internal applications.
4. Reusable Architecture & Code Quality
- Identify functionality that can be reused across multiple applications.
- Build reusable API services, components, hooks, utilities, and modules.
- Minimize duplicate code and unnecessary development.
- Refactor existing code when required.
- Maintain clean, scalable, and well-structured codebases.
- Follow modern software development and coding best practices.
5. API Integration & Automation
- Integrate systems with Shopify, Google APIs, SaaS platforms, and other business systems.
- Build automated workflows between different systems.
- Handle authentication, webhooks, retries, pagination, failures, and rate limits.
- Develop centralized interfaces that bring data from multiple systems into one application.
6. Database & Data Management
- Work with PostgreSQL and SQL.
- Design tables, relationships, indexes, and efficient queries.
- Implement CRUD operations and data synchronization.
- Build efficient data-access layers.
- Maintain data consistency, integrity, and security.
7. End-to-End Ownership
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Break requirements into manageable development tasks.
- Develop, test, debug, and deploy features.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement reliable fixes.
- Take ownership of assigned features from conception to completion.
- Continuously improve existing systems and development processes.

For example, instead of developing the same API integration separately for three applications, you should identify the common functionality and build a reusable service that all three applications can use.
Similarly, common frontend functionality such as tables, filters, modals, forms, task cards, pagination, and dashboards should be developed as reusable components wherever practical.
You should be comfortable thinking about:
- Can an existing API or service be reused?
- Should this functionality become a common module?
- Can this component be reused in another application?
- How should an API be structured for future applications?
- How should the database be designed for scalability?
- How can duplicate logic and development effort be avoided?
