CA Article Trainee

Number of Vacancies

Stipend

1st Year: ₹10,000 per month
2nd Year: ₹12,000 per month

Eligibility

CA Intermediate – Both Groups Cleared
Candidate should be eligible to pursue Articleship as per applicable ICAI regulations.
Freshers are welcome to apply.

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and hardworking CA Article Trainees to join our Chartered Accountancy firm.

The candidate will get practical exposure to Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Taxation, GST, Accounting, TDS, and other professional assignments. This role is suitable for candidates who want to build strong practical knowledge alongside their CA studies.

Key Responsibilities

Audit & Assurance

Assist in conducting statutory and internal audits.
Perform vouching and verification of books of accounts.
Assist in checking invoices, expenses, ledgers, and supporting documents.
Assist in audit working papers and documentation.
Identify discrepancies and discuss observations with seniors.
Support in preparation of audit reports and schedules.

Accounting

Assist in maintaining books of accounts.
Pass accounting entries and maintain ledgers.
Assist with bank and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare trial balances and financial statements.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

GST & Indirect Taxation

Assist in GST return preparation and filing.
Perform GST reconciliations.
Assist with GST registrations, amendments, and related compliances.
Assist in responding to GST notices and other departmental requirements.

Income Tax & Direct Taxation

Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns.
Assist in tax computations and related documentation.
Support in preparation of TDS returns and reconciliations.
Assist in handling income tax notices and other compliance matters.

Other Professional Assignments

Assist seniors and partners in various client assignments.
Conduct basic financial and tax research as required.
Prepare reports, schedules, and other client deliverables.
Coordinate with clients for documents and information.
Maintain proper records and documentation for all assignments.

Skills Required

Good understanding of Accounting and Taxation concepts.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
