HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring Business Administration Freshers who want to start their career in Client Support, Client Handling, Back Office Operations and Order Processing within a fast-growing B2B Manufacturing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide Client Support and assist in Customer Relationship Management for assigned brand accounts
Support Client Handling, Client Follow-up and Order Processing
Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Operations, Production Coordination, Dispatch Coordination and Stores Team
Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management and Back Office Records
Assist in Client Documentation, Invoice, Challan, Dispatch Details and Receipts
Support Customer Support, Telecalling, Client Servicing and Operations Support Executive functions
Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials and ensure proper Record Keeping for Brands

Eligibility & Fresher Profile

Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA (Pursuing), MCom, MSc
Freshers only – no prior experience required
Good English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork and interest in Manufacturing Operations and Client Servicing
Basic knowledge of Excel, MIS, Documentation preferred
Exposure to Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
