Job Description: SEO Manager

Inquiry Bazaar Pvt. Ltd. is a modern digital marketing agency that blends creativity with performance-driven strategies. As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented SEO Manager to lead our SEO team, drive client success, and strengthen our digital presence across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).
Manage a team of SEO executives/interns and ensure delivery of measurable results.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to improve website ranking.
Plan and execute link-building and outreach campaigns.
Perform regular SEO audits and provide recommendations for improvements.
Track, analyze, and report on website performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions).
Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
Handle multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of results and client satisfaction.
Train and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and learning within the department.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–6 years of proven SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog or similar tools.
Excellent knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress, Coding Based, Shopify, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience in local SEO, e-commerce SEO, and international SEO.
Knowledge of Google Ads / PPC campaigns.
Familiarity with content marketing strategies.
