02 Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to power our Pipeline Engine and CXO Intelligence offerings — owning demand generation, cold calling, lead qualification, account/data profiling, CXO-level outreach, and virtual sales execution on behalf of our technology OEM clients. This role sits at the front line of client pipeline growth and requires someone comfortable working across research, outbound outreach, and consultative conversations with senior decision-makers.
03 Work Mode
This role will operate in a hybrid mode to begin with — the candidate will be required to come to the office (Gomti Nagar, Lucknow or Noida, as assigned) as and when required by business needs. The company reserves the right to transition this role to a fully work-from-office arrangement at its discretion; if such a change is made, the candidate will be required to operate entirely from the office.
04 Key Roles & Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Lead Generation (Pipeline Engine)
▪ Execute outbound demand generation campaigns (calling, email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel outreach) to build high-intent, account-based pipeline for technology OEM clients.
▪ Generate and qualify leads in line with each client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and target market.
▪ Identify prospective accounts through research and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.).
▪ Own lead creation, qualification, nurturing, and handoff through to sales-ready conversion.
▪ Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and pipeline targets.
Cold Calling & Outbound Prospecting
▪ Conduct high-volume cold calling to targeted prospect lists across industries and geographies.
▪ Deliver a compelling, OEM-specific value proposition tailored to each prospect's role, industry, and pain points.
▪ Handle objections professionally and move prospects through the top and middle of the sales funnel.
▪ Maintain daily/weekly call and outreach volume metrics as per campaign requirements.
Data & Account Profiling
▪ Build and maintain accurate, segmented prospect and account databases based on client-defined firmographic and technographic criteria.
▪ Profile target accounts to identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within the buying committee.
▪ Validate, enrich, and cleanse data to ensure accuracy of contact and account information.
▪ Continuously update the company's proprietary CRM/database with accurate lead status, notes, and next steps.
CXO Intelligence & Connects
▪ Identify and initiate outreach to CXOs, VPs, and senior decision-makers within target organizations.
▪ Support CXO profiling, targeting, and strategic insight-gathering to inform client engagement strategy.
▪ Set up qualified appointments/meetings between prospects and client leadership teams (CXO-to-CXO connects).
▪ Build rapport with senior stakeholders through consultative, insight-led conversations rather than transactional pitching.
▪ Coordinate calendars and logistics for CXO meetings, briefings, and executive roundtables.
Virtual Sales Execution (Sales as a Service)
▪ Conduct virtual meetings, product/solution walkthroughs, and discovery calls with prospects using video conferencing tools.
▪ Support end-to-end virtual sales cycles — from first outreach to qualified handoff or closure, depending on engagement scope.
▪ Actively manage and nurture opportunities to drive them toward revenue conversion, not just pipeline creation.
▪ Deliver structured follow-ups, proposals, and collateral to prospects post-meeting.
▪ Collaborate with internal marketing and solution advisory teams to refine messaging and pitch decks.
Reporting & Campaign Management
▪ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's proprietary CRM system.
▪ Track and report on campaign performance: calls made, connects, meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline value.
▪ Share regular status reports and insights with reporting manager and client stakeholders.
▪ Provide feedback on campaign performance and suggest optimizations to targeting, messaging, or process.
05 Required Skills & Competencies
▪ Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident engaging with senior executives.
▪ Prior experience in B2B demand generation, inside sales, telemarketing, or business development, ideally within IT/technology/OEM markets.
▪ Hands-on experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting at scale.
▪ Familiarity with lead generation and data tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, or similar).
▪ Ability to research and profile companies and stakeholders accurately.
▪ Quick to learn and adapt to internal/proprietary sales and reporting systems.
▪ Comfortable with virtual selling tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet) and remote client engagement.
▪ Resilience, persistence, and a target-driven, execution-first mindset.
▪ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in data and reporting.
06 Qualifications
▪ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
▪ Proven track record in B2B sales development, demand generation, or lead generation roles.
▪ Experience with technology OEM clients or IT/software sales is an added advantage.
07 What Success Looks Like
▪ Consistently meeting/exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
▪ A clean, well-profiled, and continuously updated prospect database.
▪ A steady cadence of qualified CXO meetings booked for clients.
▪ Positive client feedback on lead quality, engagement professionalism, and pipeline-to-revenue conversion.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
