Printing Machine Operator

With our own manufacturing and production facility, we are committed to delivering high-quality printing and packaging solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Printing Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing machines, ensuring high-quality output, meeting production targets, and following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate printing machines according to job specifications.
Monitor print quality, color consistency, and registration throughout production.
Perform machine adjustments to maintain optimum performance.
Load paper, ink, plates, and other materials as required.
Conduct routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Identify and report machine issues or production defects.
Ensure production targets are met while minimizing waste.
Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure timely job completion.

Requirements

Previous experience operating printing machines is preferred.
Knowledge of offset, digital, or flexographic printing is an advantage.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and understand job specifications.
Good attention to detail and quality standards.
Ability to work in shifts when required.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Experience in the printing or packaging industry is an added advantage.
