Candidate Profile

Qualified: Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience

Strong working knowledge of income Tax, GST, TDS, accounting, and audit

Good analytical, communication, drafting, and client-handling skills.

Ability to independently manage assignments and meet statutory deadlines.

Working knowledge of *Tally, MS Excel, and relevant tax/compliance portals will be preferred.

Candidates with experience in a CA firm / professional services environment will be preferred.

Should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to work across multiple areas of professional services.

Key Responsibilities

1.Income Tax Compliance & Advisory. Handle income-tax return preparation, tax computations, assessments, notices, and other direct-tax compliance and advisory assignments.

2.GST Compliance Manage GST return preparation and filing, reconciliations, notices, registrations, and routine GST-related advisory matters.

3.TDS & Other Tax Compliances Handle TDS/TCS computations, returns, reconciliations, certificates, and related compliance requirements.

4.Accounting & Financial Reporting. Review and supervise accounting activities, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, finalisation of accounts, and preparation of financial statements.

5.Audit Assignments Independently handle and execute statutory, tax, internal, and other audit assignments as applicable, including planning, documentation, and reporting.

6.Client Handling Coordinate directly with clients for information, queries, compliance requirements, deadlines, and resolution of accounting and taxation matters.

7.Tax & Audit Research Research and analyse provisions under the Income Tax Act, GST laws, Companies Act, and applicable accounting/auditing standards to provide practical solutions.

8.Notices & Assessments Assist in or independently handle responses to income-tax, GST, TDS, and other regulatory notices, including preparation of submissions and supporting documentation.

9.Team Coordination & Review Guide junior team members, review their work, ensure proper documentation, and monitor timely completion of assignments and statutory compliances.

10.Process Improvement & Professional Development Identify opportunities to improve client processes and internal workflows while staying updated with changes in taxation, accounting, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
