Full Job Description

Position Overview:

Lyxaa is hiring a full-time Tele Calling Executive for our Calicut center. This is a multifaceted, on-site role combining professional client handling, active tele-conversions, and basic center account management. You will be the face and voice of our center—managing the front desk, converting phone inquiries into confirmed appointments, and maintaining flawless daily transaction records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Office & Lead Conversion (High Priority)

Walk-in & Call Management: Greet patients professionally, handle inbound/outbound calls, and manage incoming WhatsApp or email inquiries.
Booking & Pitching: Use strong communication skills to handle patient queries, pitch health optimization programs dynamically, and actively convert inquiries into verified center appointments.
Follow-ups & Scheduling: Maintain a tight telephonic follow-up schedule with warm leads to meet weekly center attendance targets.
Front Desk Elegance: Coordinate with the internal clinical team and maintain absolute cleanliness and organization at the reception area.

2. Accounts & Operations Support

Billing & Collection: Manage patient fee collections, issue accurate receipts, and assist with invoice preparation.
Data & Cash Logging: Maintain meticulous records of daily cash and digital transactions, manage petty cash expenses, and log accurate call data into internal spreadsheets.

Requirements:

Communication Mastery: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Malayalam and English. You must be highly articulate and entirely confident handling premium clients both in person and over the phone.
Organizational & Multitasking Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Sheets with the ability to manage billing software and scheduling calendars simultaneously.
Experience: Open to motivated Freshers with sharp interpersonal skills or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in front office, customer care, reception, or basic accounting roles.

Added Company Advantage:

Candidates with a background, degree, or training in Biology, Medical, or any Health-related field will receive preference during the selection process.

Work Details:

Shift: Regular daytime operational hours (No night shifts).
Work Location: On-site / In person at our Calicut center.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
