Role description

Key Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end proposal process, including preparing, formatting, and coordinating proposals to ensure timely and high-quality submissions

Assist with client onboarding activities, including gathering required documentation and supporting compliance checks in line with firm procedures

Prepare and maintain client take-on and engagement completion checklists, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal policies

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., engagement teams, risk, and compliance) to track progress and ensure all onboarding and engagement requirements are met

Maintain organized records of proposals and engagement documentation for audit and reference purposes

Provide general administrative support to the team, including document management, scheduling, and follow-ups

Support on key team processes such as ensuring CRM and pipeline information is up to date, receivables are followed up on and other housekeeping matters

Monitor and maintain team utilization and resource allocation trackers, timesheet compliance, leave schedules, and other workforce planning records to support effective team management
