About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate management, and day-to-day HR operations.

This is a great opportunity for a student or fresher who wants to build a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the HR and recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Contact candidates and explain job opportunities, roles, and interview processes.
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
Prepare basic HR reports and maintain recruitment-related documentation.
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers regarding candidate status.
Help maintain a positive candidate experience.
Conduct basic market and salary research when required.
Assist with other HR and administrative activities as assigned.

Requirements

Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Students, freshers, and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
