We are looking for passionate professionals who have a strong interest in tractor, automobile, agriculture, rural sales, finance, and field marketing. ---

1. SALES MANAGER – TRACTOR SALES Location: Gopalganj, Bihar Experience: 3+ years in Tractor/Automobile/FMCG/Agri Equipment/Rural Sales preferred Key Responsibilities / KRAs: - Lead and manage the complete tractor sales team for the assigned territory. - Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual retail and wholesale sales targets. - Develop and expand the dealer's customer and village network. - Plan and execute village-level field activities, customer meetings, demonstrations and promotional campaigns. - Generate new leads and ensure systematic follow-up and conversion. - Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes and market movements. - Improve market share and territory penetration. - Coordinate with finance companies/NBFCs for smooth customer financing. - Ensure timely delivery, documentation and customer satisfaction. - Track salesman-wise performance and conduct regular reviews. - Develop relationships with progressive farmers, influencers and rural institutions. - Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and maintain CRM/ERP discipline. - Train, motivate and improve the productivity of the sales team. 2. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (CRO) Location: Gopalganj, Bihar Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also apply. Key Responsibilities / KRAs: - Generate and manage customer enquiries and sales leads. - Regular follow-up with prospective tractor customers. - Maintain customer database and lead pipeline. - Coordinate with Salesmen for customer visits and demonstrations. - Assist customers with quotations, finance, documentation and delivery processes. - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. - Conduct customer satisfaction and post-sales follow-up. - Coordinate with finance/NBFC partners for loan processing. - Make daily follow-up calls and maintain enquiry conversion records. - Support customer events, campaigns and dealership activities. - Ensure timely resolution and escalation of customer issues. Preferred Skills: Good Communication | Customer Handling | Follow-up | MS Office/CRM | Telecalling | Relationship Management --- 3. TRACTOR SALESMAN / SALES EXECUTIVE Location: Gopalganj District, Bihar Experience: 0–3 years preferred. Freshers with a passion for field sales are welcome. Key Responsibilities / KRAs: - Achieve assigned monthly tractor sales targets. - Generate leads through village visits, farmer meetings and references. - Identify potential customers and understand their tractor requirements. - Conduct product presentations and tractor demonstrations. - Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers. - Develop strong relationships with farmers and rural influencers. - Monitor competitor products, pricing and activities. - Coordinate with finance teams for customer loan requirements. - Maintain daily visit reports and sales pipeline. - Participate in village campaigns, farmer meetings, exhibitions and promotional events. - Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to delivery. - Expand customer reach and develop new market potential.
