About Boba Nation Grand
Boba Nation Grand is a growing American beverage, restaurant and franchise brand. We are urgently seeking a talented multidisciplinary designer in India who can independently handle graphic and brand design, professional video editing, motion graphics, signage design and production-ready artwork.
This is not a basic social-media design position. The selected candidate must demonstrate strong creative ability, excellent brand judgment and the technical knowledge required to prepare accurate files for printers and commercial signage vendors.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic and Brand Design
- Design advertising campaigns, social-media content, menus, posters, flyers, presentations and franchise-marketing materials.
- Create and update professional franchise decks, promotional materials and branded templates.
- Maintain consistency across logos, colors, typography and overall brand identity.
- Develop original concepts rather than relying only on templates.
- Prepare polished mockups for management, franchisees and vendors.
Video Editing and Motion Graphics
- Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, advertisements, franchise videos and promotional content.
- Create professional motion graphics, animated text, transitions, logo animations and visual effects.
- Perform color correction, audio editing, pacing and formatting for different platforms.
- Convert design concepts into engaging animated and video content.
- Manage raw footage, project files, linked assets and final exports.
Signage and Production Artwork
- Design storefront signs, illuminated signs, blade signs, window graphics, wall graphics, menu boards and in-store displays.
- Prepare accurate, production-ready vector artwork for commercial vendors.
- Review vendor proofs for dimensions, scale, colors, materials, illumination and brand accuracy.
- Understand RGB, CMYK, Pantone colors, resolution, bleed, scaling and large-format production.
- Coordinate revisions with management, franchisees, architects, interior designers, printers and signage vendors.
- Maintain organized editable source files for every project.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of professional graphic-design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, branding, video editing and motion graphics.
- Professional experience preparing signage, print-production or large-format artwork.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, branding and color.
- Ability to prepare properly layered, editable and production-ready source files.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow an established brand style.
- Ability to manage several projects and deadlines independently.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection and appropriate video-editing equipment.
- Availability for scheduled meetings with our United States-based team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with restaurant, beverage, retail, hospitality or franchise brands.
- Experience coordinating directly with printers and commercial signage vendors.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Figma, Canva or 3D presentation mockups.
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted design and video tools.
- Experience working remotely with an international company.
Compensation
- Monthly contractor fee: ₹60,000–₹1,00,000.
- Final compensation will depend on portfolio quality, relevant experience and paid skills-test performance.
- This is a full-time remote contractor position.
- An initial 30-day paid trial period will apply.
- Exceptional candidates with strong motion-graphics and signage-production experience will be considered at the upper end of the range.
