We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer who can bring fresh ideas, create compelling visuals, and help elevate our brand through innovative content.

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and passionate Graphic Designer with strong design skills and a keen understanding of social media trends. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma, and possess the ability to conceptualize and create engaging social media posts, reels, marketing materials, and branding assets.

Key Responsibilities

Design visually appealing graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, website content, and promotional materials.
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual ideas for reels and short-form video content.
Design banners, posters, packaging concepts, product brochures, and other marketing collateral.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media trends, and audience preferences.
Edit and optimize visuals and videos for enhanced engagement and reach.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative content and campaign ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.

Proficiency in:

Canva
Adobe Illustrator
Figma
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
Ability to create social media creatives and marketing assets with attention to detail.
Experience in designing content for digital and social media platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas for reels, campaigns, and posts.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an added advantage.
Strong communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with FMCG, food, beverage, or consumer brands.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is a plus.
Understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and content trends.
