Position: Tele Sales Executive – Villa Sales

We are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences by helping clients find the perfect property that matches their lifestyle and investment goals.

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented **Tele Sales Executive – Villa Sales** to generate sales through outbound calls, qualify leads, and convert prospective customers into successful villa buyers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and guide them through the sales process.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.

* Introduce and promote luxury villas, holiday homes, and investment opportunities.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable villa options.

* Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and investment benefits.

* Schedule site visits, virtual meetings, or appointments for the sales team.

* Follow up regularly with interested prospects to maximize conversions.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.

* Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the management.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

*Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)*

* Achieve monthly sales and appointment targets.

* Complete assigned outbound calls and daily follow-ups.

* Maintain a healthy lead-to-site-visit conversion ratio.

* Improve lead-to-sale conversion through effective communication.

* Ensure accurate CRM updates and timely customer follow-ups.

*Required Skills*

* Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

* Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

* Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.

* Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

*Qualification*

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

* Prior experience in Tele Sales, Real Estate Sales, Hospitality, Banking, Insurance, or Customer Service will be an added advantage.

*Experience*

* **0–3 years** of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, Real Estate, or Sales.
