The role:

Reporting to the Gripple India Managing Director, this exciting and varied role is crucial in supporting people agenda and driving the regional strategy. Supporting and working closely with the wider leadership team, the role will focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, and employee training and development,

What you'll be doing:

Managing the complete recruitment process including drafting of job adverts, resume shortlisting, coordinating and booking of interviews, preparing offer letters, onboarding and offboarding of employees
Regular assessment of current and future openings and maintaining a sufficient pool/database of resumes in line with data protection
Organising and managing training programmes for employee development
Drafting, circulating and managing general employee policies, POSH policies, leave policies, attendance sheets etc.
Liaising closely with the UK People & Culture team on various employee development initiatives, MIS reports, drafting and circulating of company policies, data protection etc.
Co-ordinating with our company secretary and advocate to ensure all HR statutory compliances, such as POSH
Updating and maintaining the HR system as required and producing reports
Administration of all HR documents, including employee records and performance management records
Managing general people tasks including birthday celebrations and annual appraisals

Who you are:

The successful applicant will be organised, efficient and energetic, with the ability to motivate and influence people and a genuine interest and passion for people development.

Although not essential, the chosen candidate will ideally have an MBA in HR. They should also be able to demonstrate the following qualities:

A desire to undertake training and learn new skills
Proven experience of 5 to 7 years within Human Resources
Attention to detail
Positivity and an ability to energise others
An ability to work with integrity and in a highly confidential environment
Interpersonal skills and ability to act as an ambassador for the business while advocating the Gripple Spirit
Several years experience in handling the complete recruitment process from cradle to grave
A hands-on approach to responsibilities and a good level of emotional intelligence
Good IT skills Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a good level of both verbal and written English
Good presentation skills
