KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Source and onboard new vendors and support vendor documentation and contract execution.
Manage relationships and listing data for existing vendors.
Compare vendor rates and negotiate with vendors to secure favourable prices for material procurement.
Coordinate proactively with vendors and transporters to ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
Manage day-to-day operations related to client requirements, including inter-department and intra-department coordination.
Coordinate product and vendor finalisation, collect feedback, understand client requirements and ensure attention to detail.
Collaborate with partners to improve the range and quality of products and services.
Track competitor offerings and understand product differentiation in the market.
Maintain stock records by updating daily receipts and issuances accurately.
Manage delivery workflows, resource requirements and quality of output.
Support market visits, meeting minutes and other operational activities as required.

ELIGIBILITY

Graduate with at least 1 year of relevant experience in business operations, vendor management or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service-oriented with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project management tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
