About the Role

Inquiry Bazaar Private Limited is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in B2B sales, service-based sales, banking, financial services, or a similar industry where client communication, lead conversion, relationship management, and achieving sales targets are important.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, connecting with decision-makers, understanding their requirements, presenting appropriate solutions, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into business.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
Connect with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, meetings, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable company products/services.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and closure.
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations when required.
Follow up consistently with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and conversions.
Use CRM systems or other sales-management tools to manage prospects and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution after a sale.
Understand competitor offerings and provide market feedback to the management team.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Participate in client meetings, business events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities when required.
Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports.
Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Experience with cold calling and prospecting.
Experience preparing quotations and commercial proposals.
Knowledge of CRM platforms.
Experience in lead-generation or digital-service sales.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
