Primary Responsibilities:

Driving Cost Reduction Agenda in the TBB Processes with Automation Opportunities, Productivity Enhancement Opportunities
Guide teams to work on Lean, Six Sigma Projects using Six Sigma Principles
Manage teams and ensure all SLAs & MBOs are met
Work closely with the SDMs/DMs and formulate steps for Process Improvement, cost reduction and achieve business objectives
Groom new supervisors/MTs
Lead people development charters & ensure highly engaged workforce
Eye to detail in managing P&L for respective processes & demonstrate expertise over generating solid top/bottom lines with emphasis on cost reduction/optimization
Be the culture ambassador of the process & drive DEI along with other organization principles
Enforce solid Performance Management Techniques and monitor the Performance Trend
Formulate Solutions to challenges faced and create a robust/sustaining governance model
Articulate Cost Optimization measures and implement the same across Businesses
Provide coaching and feedback to supervisor to enable them to improve their teams performance
Handle multiple clients & ace the customer engagement
Work closely with Associate Dir & Dir and lead span level initiatives/tasks
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Candidate should be Graduate
Six Sigma Green belt or equivalent certified or trained
12+ years of experience in the operational role with 2+ years in handling DM/Manager
Experience in managing Appeals Business as preferred platform/LOB
Health Care Experience
People management experience and solid orientation towards customer service
Driving unit cost and manage attrition within threshold experience
Computer proficiency MS Office
Proven highly organized and proactive; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proven excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven sensitive and aware of the Organizational priorities towards Change and Innovation and Cost Optimization
Proven solid focus towards synchronization of Productivity and Quality and catering towards Customer Delight
