Manage the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, DG sets, UPS, STP/WTP, and other MEP systems.
Ensure all critical equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
Prepare and implement Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
Monitor daily technical inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects.
Coordinate breakdown maintenance and emergency response activities.
Ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities.
Conduct routine site inspections to identify and rectify technical issues.
Supervise technical service providers and contractors.
Ensure vendors perform maintenance activities as per scope and SLA requirements.
Verify work quality and compliance with safety standards.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and statutory regulations.
Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
Ensure fire and life safety systems remain operational at all times.
Support emergency preparedness drills and evacuation exercises.
Supervise technicians, operators, and housekeeping support related to technical activities.
Conduct technical training and toolbox talks for facility staff.
Act as a point of contact for technical issues and client requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports.
Attend client meetings and provide updates on maintenance activities.
Track and close client complaints and service requests.
Monitor utility consumption including electricity, water, and fuel.
Identify opportunities for energy conservation and cost optimization.
Track maintenance expenses and support budget planning.
