Job Description – Admin & IT Support

Company: BetterDrones
Location: Noida, Sector 62
Experience: 1–3 Years | Employment: Full-Time | Work Mode: On-site

About the Role
We are looking for an active, proactive, and responsible Admin to manage office administration, vendors, facilities, employee support, and field-team administrative requirements.

Freshers are not eligible. Relevant experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office administration, facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and utilities.
Coordinate with vendors, obtain quotations, manage services, and negotiate pricing and terms.
Maintain office inventory, assets, stationery, ID cards, and equipment with accurate records.
Coordinate employee travel and accommodation, especially for field/project teams.
Verify field employees' reimbursements, check bills/supporting documents, resolve discrepancies, and maintain reimbursement records.
Handle office purchases, invoices, bills, vendor records, and administrative documentation.
Support employee onboarding, exit formalities, office events, meetings, and HR-related administrative activities.
Address employee administrative requirements and coordinate timely resolution of office/facility issues.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize work, and ensure timely completion.
Maintain compliance with company administrative processes and policies.

Must-Have Skills

1–3 years of relevant Admin/Office Operations/Facilities experience.
Excellent communication skills – mandatory.
Strong negotiation skills – mandatory.
Active and proactive personality with strong ownership.
Excellent multitasking and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail for reimbursements, bills, invoices, and records.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Experience in a startup and/or handling field employees, travel, accommodation, reimbursements, vendors, and office operations.

Important: Only candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience will be considered. Freshers will not be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
