Full job description

Creating Passion: Your Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintain and validate master data, article codes, spare part kits, parts lists, price lists, and backorder information in ERP systems.
Prepare analyses, KPIs, and reports to support operational and management decisions.
Process and manage customer orders, inventory checks, and invoicing.
Clean inactive or incorrect items to optimize inventory and reduce costs.
Create and maintain an overview of open backorders with prioritization and Handle incoming tickets (pricing, lead time, standard requests).
Ensure pricing stability and correct mapping for spare parts and serial items.
Perform pricing benchmarks against industry standards to identify optimization opportunities.
Maintain spare parts catalogues and related documentation (including image editing) after change management (ECR).
Coordinate initial stocking and conduct basket analyses and demand forecasts.

Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications

Qualification and Education Requirements:

BE/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or Additional training in ERP systems.

Experience:

6 to 8 years of relevant experience in spare parts management

Preferred Skills / Special Skills:

ERP and BI systems (Infor LN, ADD*ONE, Power BI or similar).
Data validation, reporting, Master data, pricing logic and knowledge of e-learning tools (PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline)
Accuracy and reliability.Analytical and solution-oriented thinking.Clear and structured communication.
Additional training in ERP systems, data analytics, or digital learning tools is an advantage.
