Job Description – Executive Assistant (EA) cum Personal Assistant (PA) Position: Executive Assistant (EA) cum Personal Assistant (PA) Location: Mumbai Department: Management / Executive Office Reporting To: CMD / Managing Director Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 3–6 years Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant (EA) cum Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative, executive, and personal support to the CMD. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities Manage the CMD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule. Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes of meetings. Handle emails, correspondence, calls, and other communication on behalf of the CMD. Maintain and organize important documents, records, and confidential information. Coordinate with senior management, employees, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders. Follow up on tasks, action points, and pending matters assigned by the CMD. Assist in preparing MIS reports, business presentations, and management updates. Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, itineraries, and other travel-related requirements. Maintain a proper record of meetings, commitments, and important deadlines. Handle personal and official requirements of the CMD as and when required. Ensure smooth coordination between the CMD’s office and various departments. Manage multiple priorities and urgent tasks efficiently. Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Required Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Professional personality with a positive and proactive approach. Strong attention to detail. Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Flexible to manage both official and personal responsibilities of the CMD. Qualification Graduate in any discipline. Additional qualifications in Management, Administration, or Business Administration will be an advantage. Preferred Candidate Candidates with prior experience working as an EA / PA / Executive Assistant to CMD, MD, CEO, Director, or Senior Management will be preferred. Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Candidates Preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
