Full job description

We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our team and manage front-desk operations along with day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, professional, and confident in handling visitors, phone calls, office coordination, documentation, and general administrative work. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month, along with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and messages.
Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier, and other deliveries.
Maintain office records, files, documents, and administrative registers.
Handle day-to-day office correspondence and documentation.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and visitor schedules.
Assist management and other departments with routine administrative requirements.
Maintain office stationery and coordinate procurement when required.
Perform photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and other office-related tasks.
Maintain attendance and other basic administrative records as required.
Coordinate with housekeeping, courier services, vendors, and other office support staff.
Handle confidential documents and company information responsibly.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the front office and administrative activities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass, with 1 - 6+ years of experience in receptionist, administration, front-office, or similar roles.

The candidate should have:

Good computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good telephone and visitor-handling skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities.
A professional, polite, and presentable personality.
Ability to maintain records and handle routine administrative work independently.
Good coordination skills and attention to detail.
