ERP / Functional Knowledge

Understanding of ERP concepts such as AP and SO
Ability to understand customer business processes and translate them into system requirements.
Basic understanding of SQL/database concepts would be a plus

Customer Support

Handle customer-reported issues from initial investigation through resolution.
Analyze support tickets, reproduce issues, identify root causes, and provide workarounds or solutions.

2–4 years of professional experience in JavaScript development & Support.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
