Handle customer-reported issues from initial investigation through resolution.
Analyze support tickets, reproduce issues, identify root causes, and provide workarounds or solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
2–4 years of professional experience in JavaScript development & Support.
Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
