Full job description

Sudyog InfraProjects is a fast-growing organization based in the Delhi NCR region, working in the construction and project execution sector. We are currently looking for a professional and reliable Executive Assistant who can support senior leadership with day-to-day coordination and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and documents.
Maintain organized files, records, and documentation.
Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Draft and proofread emails and other official communication.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Assist with travel planning and expense documentation.
Support in planning and coordinating projects, meetings, and events.
Monitor timelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
Oversee basic office administration and coordination with internal teams.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

Must-Have Skills

Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented and punctual
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
