Job Description

Propose hiring solutions for new businesses
Ensure key targets are met like on time delivery, Cost per Hire, Replacement cost etc.
Promoting low cost channels to deliver maximum requirement like campus, referrals and Direct to talent (Portals; Social Media; Job Fairs; etc.) maintaining quality of hire
Check on the hiring process and highlight any deviations from the company policy
Ability to Highlight risk accounts on time with appropriate data points
Drive team to be compliant and ensure all processes are followed as per audit guidelines
Ability to map profiles hired to other organizations and quote any challenges/changes needed for hiring those profiles
Willing to work on weekend drives if required
Ability to drive compliance & process adherence
Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination
Support recruitment team in sourcing candidates through various channels
Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics; Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System
Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job openings
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

Qualifications

Bachelors - HR/Industrial Relations, Bachelors - Human Resource Management, Bachelors - Psychology, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Human Resource Management

Certifications

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - Symbiosis Instute of Distant LearningSymbiosis Instute of Distant Learning, SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) - ProtouchProtouch
